Summit and Flow

Payments
We offer the following secure payment options through our online store:

All transactions are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
If you are purchasing from overseas, currency conversion rates are determined by your card provider at the time the payment is processed. This means the final amount shown on your statement may vary slightly from the converted invoice total.
Payments will appear on your bank statement as Summit and Flow Limited.
Preorders
From time to time, we may offer selected pieces as preorder.
A preorder allows you to secure an item ahead of its arrival, particularly when demand is high or stock is limited.
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith. However, as these timelines are often dependent on third-party suppliers and freight providers, they may shift. We will always communicate any significant changes as soon as possible.
Promotions & Sale Items
Items purchased on promotion or sale are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty under New Zealand consumer law.
Please note that discounts apply to product pricing only and do not extend to shipping costs.
Pricing Accuracy
We do our best to ensure all pricing is accurate and up to date.
However, in the rare event that an item is listed incorrectly due to a genuine error, we reserve the right to notify customers and amend or cancel the order before dispatch.
This policy aligns with the Fair Trading Act 1986 and protects both our customers and our business in the case of genuine mistakes.

All imagery, written content, branding, and design elements featured on the Summit and Flow website are the intellectual property of Summit and Flow.
Reproduction, distribution, or use of this content without written permission is not permitted.
